The project is located in the northern part of the city of Mérida, approximately 5 miles from the historic downtown district. Mérida, the capital city of the sate of Yucatán, is also the most populous, and it serves as the logistic center of the metropolitan area.
Cabo Norte will be a community planned with an innovative take on sustainable development that integrates residential uses with natural recreational, educational, commercial, and entertainment areas.
The project expands over an area of more than 13,454,888 sq ft, which represents an opportunity to create a unique project for the city. The project includes around 3 miles of green walkways, parks with over 50 activities, and about 1,076,391 sq ft of lakes.
